We have developed and implemented the staff assessment automation system for the telecom operator «SCS Sovintel» (which is part of JSC «VimpelCom Ltd» since 2009).
The assessment process is based on the best practices of the one of the top consulting companies in the world.
First version of a system was created and developed in 6 months, including the description and coordination of business processes, development and testing, pilot project of staff assessment in one of the regions of coverage.
The assessment was made in all of the company offices in Russia. More than 5000 staff members were assessed, top managers included.
Integration with the HRM-system via IBM MQ Series bus.
Staff assessment process usually takes long and is not exactly clear for the employees. This increases the process labor costs and also could lead to reducing staff motivation.
